Time goes by very quickly. Seven months ago, we had our first meeting; it is only two months ago that we had the second meeting;
and here we are in Norway, holding our 3RD TRANSNATIONAL MEETING…
The resulting ideas and proposals from the previous meetings make us again have great expectations and many hopes put in this meeting in Norway.
